CBD Tincture

When ingesting, it is recommended to apply under the tongue and hold for at least 30 seconds prior to swallowing. This allows the CBD to be more efficiently absorbed leading to faster onset time. If you are new to CBD, start small with a quarter dropper and increase your dose as needed. When used topically, apply directly to the skin of the sore area and rub it thoroughly. This product is mixed with MCT or Coconut Oil.
