Kristen De La Rua received her initial massage education at Educating Hands School of Massage and graduated in 2003. She began her career working in spas and transitioned into the medical setting working for various chiropractors and medical offices. Kristen has amassed an extensive skill set from her studies in various forms of massage such as Shiatsu, Thai massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and AIS (Active Isolated Stretching); a specialized technique she learned under the tutelage of is creator, Kinesiologist Arron Mattes. She also enjoys bringing pain relief into the office setting via chair massage.
Kristen is currently assisting John Schreiber in teaching his specialized techniques to other massage therapists.
