Myra has been practicing as a full-time licensed Massage Therapist since 2000. She graduated from Southeast Institute of Oriental Medicine and Massage located in Miami, Florida. Her approach to bodywork is integrative alignment utilizing soft tissue release modalities such as; Swedish, Deep Pressure, Hot Stones, Trigger Point, Thai, Lomi-Lomi, and Myofascial massage therapies. She strongly believes that the body has the inner ability to heal itself given the proper environment to unwind from unhealthy tension and stress. Through compassionate and careful listening, she addresses both physical and energetic concerns, integrating the body towards peace, harmony and pain free relaxation.
